Cloud Horizon AI / Changelog

What we shipped

Public log of model additions, feature releases, infrastructure milestones, and compliance updates. We post here before we email.

  1. Launch

Cloud Horizon AI announced, waitlist open

Public-facing positioning shipped at /ai. EU-sovereign LLM API, OpenAI-compatible, six open-weights models at launch. Private beta opens summer 2026, waitlist members get first access and a year at half price.

  2. Compliance

Operating entity confirmed: Spot Cloud B.V.

All inference services run under Spot Cloud B.V. (KvK 89708873), a Dutch entity. No US parent, no CLOUD Act exposure. Standard EU Data Processing Agreement template ready for team plan customers.

  3. Model

Mistral Large 3 added to launch lineup

European-language fluency target. 128K context. Joins Kimi K2.5, MiniMax M2.5, GLM 4.6, Qwen 3 Coder, and Llama 3.3 70B in the v1 catalog.

  4. Infrastructure

    Primary regions: Amsterdam and Frankfurt

Two EU regions confirmed for the private beta. Paris (Q3 2026) and Stockholm (Q4 2026) on the roadmap. No US fallback, no third-country routing under any failure mode.

  5. Feature

Personal plan at $12/mo with fair-use rate limits, pay-per-token overage priced under the OpenAI equivalent. Team plan from $50/mo with shared keys, SSO, zero-retention option, and DPA. Custom for >10M tokens/day.
