You are committed to Mistral's models specifically and France is the right jurisdiction for your DPO. Their first-party model expertise and France-only path are clean fits.
Pick OpenRouter when…
Residency does not matter and you want maximum model variety with credit-balance billing. Great for prototyping. Not the right tool for an EU procurement review.
Pick Aleph Alpha when…
You need on-prem or air-gapped deployment and Pharia models are good enough for your use case. The enterprise-only contracting model is a fit if you have a procurement team ready to negotiate a multi-year deal.
